University Manor

Renovation and repair of the facilities are planned for the summer.  In addition, maintenance of the property occurs as needed.  We make every effort to perform all work as efficiently as possible.  However, we cannot avoid the noise, disruption, and inconvenience caused by construction work.

Limited parking is rented on
a first-come, first-served basis.

Each floor has two bathrooms.  Three to four residents share a bathroom.

The kitchen is shared by 16 residents and has a stove, oven and microwave for residents use.

The University of Hawaii Manoa campus is within a five minute walk from University Manor and many residents bike to class.

There are two coin operated washers and dryers for resident use.
