An application must be submitted. 

If it is sent as an email attachment without the applicant's signature, it will be considered an unofficial application. 

Official applications may be mailed to the property management office at:

Rooms are shown by appointment, and an interview is conducted.  If the applicant is off-island, a telephone interview may be substituted.

How to Apply

Call or email us to confirm that space is available.

Mail or fax your application.  A non-refundable application fee of $10 is charged.
 
DO NOT SEND A SECURITY DEPOSIT UNTIL the interview is completed and your application has been accepted and you are assigned a room.  If you are offered a room, you must send in a timely manner a security deposit equal to the monthly room rent before your reservation can be confirmed. The first month's rent is payable at the time you check in.
 
The deposit must be paid by a Hawaii bank check, cashier's check, or money order to King Street Properties, LLC.

Mail it to 705 S. King Street, Suite 208, Honolulu, HI  96813.

You will receive an email confirmation when your deposit is received.
